The HSCT treatment costs a lot of money. Along with travel expenses, possibly additional hospital costs (in case of complications) and the follow-up costs (6 infusions in a hospital in London, antivirals for six months, 52 weekly blood checks) the total costs are estimated at 75,000 Euro (about US$ 81,500).
